Cancellation Policy:

SINGLE OR SMALL GROUP BOOKINGS - We have a 14 day cancellation policy - if your plans change or you want to cancel please cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Alternatively within 14 days to 7 days prior to your booking - if you ring us we will hold your booking for you for a future stay.

We understand cancellations sometimes happen and we do not like taking money from you when you have not stayed, but we also have to remember as you have booked your room then nobody else is able to book it.

We will try really hard to accommodate and help as much as possible.

WEDDING BOOKINGS - we have six month cancellation policy. We will take a $500.00 bond/deposit when you confirm your booking.

Your deposit will not be returned if your wedding is cancelled within six months of the wedding date.

LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS - we have a three month cancellation policy. The deposit will be 10% of the full booking fee will not be returned to you if you cancel within three months of the booking date.
