Please note: your hosts Jane & John do not live onsite and for that reason, (live in seperate accommdation 200 mtrs from house) this is not hosted accommodation, infact sometimes you may not even meet your hosts, so lovely for people who like privacy and quiet in a gorgeous rural setting.
Situated on the top story, gorgeous views overlooking the Waimea Estuary and Rough Island, watch the sun coming up from your east facing bedroom window, lay in the afternoon sun for your daily siesta and then watch from the upstairs deck as the sun goes down over the mountain ranges.

The downstairs apartment is a very open style living area, half the room is large sliding doors opening out to the lawn, it also has it own private entranceway. Two very large couches to lounge on and enjoy the afternoon sun. Very private and quiet with gorgeous views.
There is a large changing room that leads through to the bathroom with large shower.
From the changing room you can walk outside to the outdoor bath area (old cast iron bath) in total privacy, bath in candle light and look at the stars. You may never want to leave.

The smallest of our bed & breakfast rooms, but still with gorgeous views and situated close to downstairs lounge and kitchen. Very nice quiet room, with you own TV.

Breakfast for our bed and breakfast guests, we provide a continental breakfast, a great selection of cereals, fruits, breads and condiments. The pantry is also always stocked with all the basics you will require on your stay, we have a policy off 'open pantry' take what you want and leave what you can. So there is always alot of interesting items to choose from.
Horse accommodation $10 per night
Paddocks must be cleaned prior to leaving property.
